Important First Steps
- Reserve Housing – Book early to help guarantee rooms and rates.
- Review the Exhibitor Checklist for important deadlines.
- Order services today in the Exhibitor Manual (you will need to create an account with Freeman if you don’t have one already).
- Edit Booth Info – Update your Directory Listing in your Exhibitor Dashboard.
- Register your Team – Register for your Exhibitor Badges and EAC’s.
- My Account – Print your statement or make a payment in your Exhibitor Dashboard.

Access the Exhibitor Dashboard for the following:
- Make payments/sign contract

- Submit booth design for review
Rules and Regulations
Make sure you read through the rules fully and that your EAC has them as well. Be sure to get familiar with the Work Rules and Labor Union Regulations as the LVCC is a union facility.
Exhibitor Service Manual
The Exhibitor Service Manual is your holy grail to ordering products and services. Review the manual today for all services including electrical, labor requests, floral, lead retrieval, security and more.
Once logged in, click “Shop products and services” to order from our exclusive and preferred vendors today! Don’t be a victim of late fees. Get familiar with the exhibitor service manual to stay ahead of the game.

Show and Sell
NAB Show exhibitors can now sell their products from the Show Floor! No need to ship your products back, unload and sell to all NAB Show Attendees right from your booth. Take your leads to the next level and allow them to try out and purchase your product right from your booth.

Each exhibitor at NAB Show has their own dedicated sales representative on the Exhibit Sales Team to assist with your space needs. Once you begin building out your exhibit space, you’ll have the Exhibit Services Team at your disposal to assist with any show planning and logistical questions.
