Accessibility Services
The Javits Center campus strives to make their facilities and services accessible for everyone. The campus features sidewalk ramps, automatic doors at all street levels, restrooms and elevators accessible for persons with mobility impairments. If you have any questions, please contact NAB Show New York Customer Service.
Payphones are accessible and are equipped with volume and TTY capability for those with speech and hearing disabilities.
Electric scooters are available for rent at the Javits Center by contact our Security and Safety Solutions Department at (212) 216-2196. Manually operated wheelchairs also are available, but they cannot be reserved. Upon arrival, please visit our Concierge Desk in the Crystal Palace or ask a Public Safety Office for assistance in securing a wheelchair.
Service Animals (as defined by the ADA) are welcome. Owners take full responsibility for their animals. Please contact NAB Show New York Customer Service if you have any questions.
No public parking is available on-site. A limited number of parking spaces may, however, occasionally be available for attendees with a valid Parking Permit for People with Disabilities issued by a government authority. Please call Javits Security & Safety Solutions Department at (212) 216-2196 for information.
Business Services
Need printing or shipping? Our on-site Business Services make it easy to handle any last-minute tasks that come up at the Show.
Level 2
The FedEx Office® Print & Ship Center at the Javits Center offers you virtually everything you need to meet your convention exhibiting needs — from packing and shipping to signage, copying and last-minute office supplies. The Print & Ship Center is located on Level 2 across from the original Starbucks location.
30 W 47th Street
Printleaf provides high-end digital and offset printing services. From marketing collateral to large format prints, they are the go-to destination for small and large businesses. If you are exhibiting, ask about their custom apparel and promotional products.
Dining Services
Stay fueled with a variety of food and beverage options available throughout Javits Convention Center. Whether you need a quick snack or a full meal, we’ve got you covered so you can keep up with the action at NAB Show New York.
Level 3 (Crystal Palace)
Facing the 11th Avenue entrances on Level 3 in the Crystal Palace, the 3411 Garden Market features an eclectic mix of food and beverages among its stations, including Grillocity, Harvest Bowls, Jacob’s Deli and Rustica, which offers everything from hamburgers to harvest bowls to sandwiches.
Level 3 (Booth 358)
Need a quick bite? Stay fueled and energized without stepping away from the action! Convenient food options are located right on the Show Floor, offering a variety of snacks and meals to keep you going.
Level 1
Located in a sprawling space on Level 1, Nibble & Graze provides guests with a quiet place to relax and recharge away from the show floor, featuring popular New York-based providers Nuchas and Korilla, as well as wide range of homemade menu items such as mac and cheese hamburgers, rice bowls and chicken Caesar salads.
Level 2
Housed on the North Concourse, Fresh and Fast is the first touchless café in any convention center in the United States that offers user-controlled, checkout-free access to pre-packaged items, as well as a variety of snacks, beverages and in-house bakery items. Equipped with Amazon’s Just Walk Out technology, the new café will allow guests to swipe their credit card to enter the store, after which they can take the items they want and leave without having to check out.
